NCF will then electronically prepare and send you an investment package consisting of 3 documents:

Our PPM (Private Placement Memorandum) filed with the SEC.
Our Investment Agreement (SAFT) outlining the terms of your investment.
Our Escrow Agreement explaining commitment of funds.

Electronically sign the documents.
Upload your passport, driver’s license, or military I.D. as proof of identity.
NCF will review your submission within 72 hours; and if approved, will send you an invoice for payment.
Once payment is received NCF II will send you via email a duly executed copy of your investment documents for your file.

Paper (Sent Via Email)

NCF will prepare an investment package consisting of 3 documents:

Our PPM (Private Placement Memorandum) filed with the SEC.
Our Investment Agreement (SAFT) outlining the terms of your investment.
Our Escrow Agreement explaining commitment of funds.

Sign the documents on all the required pages and have all signatures pages notarized.
Provide NCF with a clear copy of your passport, driver’s license, or military I.D. as proof of identity.
Scanned in the PPM, SAFT and Escrow Agreement and email to info@assetcoin.gold or mail to Northeast capital Fund, 1650 Market Street, Suite 3600, Philadelphia, PA 19103
NCF will review your submission within 72 hours of receipt; and if approved, will send you an invoice for payment via email.
Once payment is received NCF will send you via email a duly executed copy of your investment documents for your file.
